please see next update .... in 1.7.0 in config you can specify witch items player get form recycler for casino items ... at moment it applies for all . but will be working on yields per item of casino . but that might take some time... Remember to delete old config before update

@hid333 added a perm to disable fuel warning for certain players and added a input to use as a temp disable per player (reload) hope this helps -
