Hey, for survey charge you dont need PlaceAnything and since survey charge its not "place-able" entity it wouldnt work even if you wanted to use it for something. I suppose you just want people let craft survey charges so they can place quarries. In that case just do this in you craft menu data file, I tried it on my server and its working. looks like you deleted something, "Custom chat commands" is not suppose to be null. Just generete new config and paste that property back.

There are couple of items by default in data file, make sure your remove those you don't intent to use. -
You not doing anything wrong, this has been issue since I expanded the plugin. Hey, change base anchors in config to "0.5 0" and then reposition buttons.
