That's game bug, as far as I know it's happening only with large chest and it's visible only to players who been around at the time of placement. You can either ignore it or you can use some other item for placement, repair bench or test generator....

Those are images assigned to tabs, just remove them from config.

Put "Show items gradually" back to true and you should not get the error.

Maybe you should try to create similar plugin and see for yourself instead of calling developer lazy for plugin not having your desired feature.

Not possible inside CustomButtons, you have to create your own command which will execute multiple commands inside function.

Said developer didn't have problem with replicating one of my features in his other very similar plugin, I'm sure he can also include this requested feature in his LootTable plugin.
