after you finish with importing of kits, give WPKits reload and that should remove duplicates unless you really imported some kits twice, you can always double check in config file.

Yes, you can create commands which will lead to specific tab of welcome panel. Also make sure you change default command in Shop config as two plugins can't register same command. https://docs.rustplugins.net/welcomepanel/main#commands

So apparently, PortableVehicles went through update and skinids got changed, I updated them in default data which is included in plugin download. -

@2KTwice CraftMenu is not handling spawning of custom entities, it's just for crafting items. For vehicles you have in your default config you need to use this plugin in order for vehicles to spawn after placing custom item. https://umod.org/plugins/portable-vehicles

Make sure you have WipeCoundown plugin loaded and then in WipeCycle addon just make sure you have {countdown} in your text field

Only option is to set /shop command to open that specific page at welcome panel, while shop being used as addon, its not possible to open it outside of welcome panel.

If some kit is displayed twice, just reload WPKits and that should fix it, it happens sometimes during importing.
