Drat. Then something isn't working as I anticipated. I'll need to do a bit of digging at this though. I'll try get to it on Sunday, as the working week is a bit of a hellhole right now. I fit stuff to houses in a tourist town, so I'm hella busy with people who want their stuff installed by Christmas, but I'll get to fixing this error, and cleaning up the code somewhat as well.

This is an awesome idea. I hope it holds up under a high player count, but it would be a very versatile tool to have.

ATM Machine and dynamic generation demo
The Friendly Chap replied to Revolving DCON's topic in Show Off
I second that. Does it have a way to physicalise the currency? Like using Scrap or another item, and being able to "deposit" and "withdraw" the currency at ATMs? -
Page bookmarked. Gonna have to try this out after Xmas.

Yeah, that's pretty neat. Some random totally ignorable suggestions : bigtree : Console/Chat command that makes all trees grow to their respective "final" stage. nursery : revert all trees back to "Sapling" stage tunguska : All the trees in a 500m radius are knocked down. carboniferous : Spawn a tree in every single space that could possible spawn a tree. Grow them immediately to a random life stage. Edit : Formatting.

@AhigaO: Not rich enough, sorry. Good Luck though, and if you do get an investor let us know. Curiosity, you know. @Everyone else: He writes good code, he's quick, he communicates well and has a good eye for ideas. If you have the money, it's worth starting the conversation.

Random Weird Plugin Ideas - Part II
The Friendly Chap replied to The Friendly Chap's topic in Requests
I am off work between Christmas and new year, so I'll likely see if I can do the Portkey Potty in that time. It would likely improve my code, and lead to a LOT of questions on Discords and Forums, but in the end C# is just language with strict syntax and grammar and a punctuation fetish. I parse language rather well, so I think I can do it. <- And having said that now in a public forum, I have some motivation towards trying. I've tried Poopstacker, but just then FP changed the way they use containers and I just gave up. -

Make Santa Evil. Give the Sleigh rockets and guns. Then reward the player with a shower of XL Presents when he shoots down Santa.

Ok, permission are sort of working. Some plugins that spawn a mini do not tag it with an owner, no owner, no working permissions. Some plugins that spawn do add an ownerID, and in that case it will work. Permission use can be toggles in the config file.
-
Also, if you use netting as a floor, players can still "climb" the underside.
-
Wouldn't it be simpler to just place it in the map? Or is this for custom building parts?

Idea 1 : Portkey Potty This is just me being silly, but a plugin that makes a toilet display an interaction icon that says "Dive In" (yes, like StaticLootables") but instead of opening a loot box, it teleports you to another toilet elsewhere on the server. All toilets on the server would then do this. It's a shit, but unique way for players to get around. Extra points for TMNT references. Idea 2 : Perfect Poopstacker You know furnace splitter? Auto splits the plie of ore into equal heaps when you yeet it into a furnace? Well, how about that with shit and the composter? So I can right click on my stack of poop in my inventory, and it will appear in 11 equal stacks in the composter? (Maybe make this number adjustable in the config) Idea 3 : Magic Bucket A bucket that makes any planter watered by it grow plants instantly to fully mature stage. Idea 4 : RealTimeClock OMG? Really? Yes. Just a simple HUD of the realtime clock. Bonus for auto adjusting the timezone. Note: I'm broke, if you wanna make money look somewhere else. These would be "Just for the Laughs" projects. I'd do them myself, but I'm a boilerplate monkey, and don't C so # in my old age.

Will give this a go when I am back home from work. I just need to figure out how to check in the mini is owned by a player with the permission.

Error while compiling: PumpkinHead.cs(60,20): error CS0246: The type or namespace name `NPCPlayerApex' could not be found. Are you missing an assembly reference? It's the December update, I know. Don't see a message here about it, so this will suffice as a reminder that Pumpkin Head and Corn King are dormant...

The logic that you are paying for years of Steen's work is flawed, or else BotReSpawn would just be a fix of BotSpawn. What the new plugin is is a total rewrite, as compared to a patched and re-patched and patched again plugin written by a younger less experienced dev in the first place. The new plugin is a fresh take by a now more experienced developer, hampered by the same brick wall of non-communication from FacePunch's end. The rewrite was planned all along, so that the legacy stuff could be dumped. But the end result is that BotReSpawn is a new plugin. BotSpawn was free, a decision that Steen made years ago, and clearly came to realize was no longer a good idea. The idea that the people who used BotSpawn (Price : Free) should NOW pay for those years of upkeep and development? No. That's wrong headed. If a price is to be paid for BotReSpawn, the price should be on it's own merit. Due to it's current rushed state, it's not yet worth the $40. If the price comes down to the $20 it's worth right now, sure I'll buy, if the functionality increases by a large enough factor that it becomes worth the $40 to me, I'll possibly buy it. The timing, and the pricing combined though, have left a bad taste in many a mouth though, and eroded goodwill. I don't think that was Steen's intent, but that's the way it has played out.

@SteenamarooI get it, BotSpawn was great, and I'm sure this will be too. But the price tag is a bit much for anyone not living in the 1st world. It literally costs more than the game does anywhere in the world though. It's like buying a turbo for your car that costs more than the car. The release timing was unfortunate as hell as well, and in respect of that I'd have suggested having it on special for the wipe weekend so those who are broke can still maybe scrape together a lesser amount to buy it. I've entered your generous giveaway, but RNGesus hates me. It would be less of an issue but for the other plugins that use BotSpawn.
