This is probably due to the fact that the size of the map is 90 MB. Maps are usually smaller in size. Try using discord for direct links -

This happened because you replaced the map in the middle of the wipe, it's better not to do that. A wipe will solve all problems, just be sure to change the name of the map before the wipe so that there are no problems

You can only go up by helicopter, but it will be much easier if you have a teleporter home -

Here the problem is with the old version of RustEdit, I use it to avoid some bugs that are in the new version. Every map opening in the old RE removes the trainyard

You can put a Building topology around the arena so that there are no trees, but then there will be no grass and it won't look nice, so I didn't do it. I advise you not to place the arena near the forest. Regarding NPCs going through doors, that's a feature of Rust, even on Oilrigs NPCs can go through doors to a crate room.

Bradley Arena is a ready-to-go prefab to add to any of your maps using RustEdit. Several red access cards are required to enter the arena, where players can fight three bradleys. If someone is inside the arena near the shelter, the entrance is blocked. After the player enters the arena, a shelter from the bradley appears, which will stand for 25 minutes, so players will not be able to fight with the bradley several times after entering once.
