To open the door just do :  

Fuse box -> Timer -> Button (see video below)

Features  :  

May be used near spawn locations, starting biomes etc.

Players can climb on the electric pole (to scout environment or quit the monument).

Can be linked to electric poles and ziplines.

Prevent players from jumping into the monument from a horse.
