If you have Bounty and Zombie set to both 60 minutes, it will have timers go off at the same time. For the meantime you can offset the timers until I get some time to get it added.

It is only implemented with Server Rewards and Economics right now

Yeah the npc when command spawned should be able to spawn multiple times when dynamic is false

On kill the plug-in should announce to chat what the tier name is, and the marker if you use it should have the tier name as well

Not yet, for now you can delete the data file that tracks the kills
