It's called WarMode Players, the zip file is right next to the Lang pack.

Lastly, make sure you don't have the perm warmode.bypass -- because it sounds like you do

I got NO INDICATION of PVE or PVP when I shoot there buildings.  I have gone to every building on my map and shot at it once and never saw any indications... is it possible I have something set up wrong?  I prefer to see the PVE/PVP indicator without shooting at the buildings.

Possibly set it up wrong or are you testing on your own or a teammate's build? Every protected item should give a pop up when you shoot it or hit it with even a rock.  I set mine up wrong twice. but third times the charm right :D?

its not working with me as well i just shot bases and just got raid blocked not notified i was shooting a PVE players base
