This was added in a previous update. Sorry i didnt reply here. 

 * - Adds Use Permission to restrict constant winners from using, idea, run a command to revoke use perm on win.
 * - Adds Lang Key on No Perm
 * - Adds Runner Up Rewards Enabler to Config.
 * - Added Runner Up Rewards, Add a string of Commands to run for the player on Wipe, This will award as many keys as you assign.
 * - Refactoring on Discord Logging.
 * - Tweaked Logging Messages.

Yes you can use something like redeem storage API for making sure players online and offline are able to get items if you want to go that route.
