Corrected the permission bug, and ensure compatibility with the latest version of Friends from umod.
Note: this is a fork of an earlier version of friends (when it was open source), maintained to be compatible to the official version.
The difference in this fork is it blocks NPCs from being added accidentally, and it actively culls them. It is the only reason for this fork.
