Curious, what makes this incompatible with Carbon? 

Any thoughts on moving or having an option for a UI based /limits display?
It gets to be quite a large message in chat with the extended building limits message. 

Maybe a relatively "simple" pop up with a column for global and a column for building?

@snapple I try not to complicate things unnecessarily. Notifications about the limit of a specific object are quite clear, and messages about the general limit are secondary. If you have a complex permission system with many limits, I think it is more logical to use a separate plugin to inform the player, like info/menu, etc.

I don't think providing information in your plugin in a more user friendly way is overcomplicating anything. If you don't want to, that is a perfectly good reason to use. 

For the suggestion of maintaining an additional list and 3rd party plugin, surely you can see the irony in over complicating.
