King and Lords 1.3.8

@Sheo Bought the plugin and it's GREAT but here are some issues and suggestions:
1. Please add SCRAP support for paid roles instead of the only ServerRewards or Economis.
2. Can we have Vanilla toast notifications support and disable the chat messages? (currently no config option for this)
3. Add a separate min and max tax if possible for the king and lords. (ex. the king can set between 25-50 while lords between 5-15 or something else lower)
4. When you're lord or king and you kill another lord or king, the role is free again but there is no chat message and I got this console error:
