Thanks for the plugin - works as intended with a little issue:

when you place a snowmachine or fogger, it starts it automatically (which is good to show players it doesnt need fuel to work) - but when you "stop" the machines, there is no more possibility to press "start" again and it seems like they´re just still working and ignore to be stopped. is there a way to fix it?

Thanks for nice plugin.

Is it possible to have permission to use it? I definitely do not want this to be available to everyone on the server because ... players will abuse it and place hundreds upon hundreds of those just because they can..

even better permission on x vanilla times burn duration:

      "candletimer.use": 2,
      "candletimer.lite": 3,
      "candletimer.reg": 4,
      "candletimer.pro": 5

      "fogtimer.use": 2,
      "fogtimer.lite": 3,
      "fogtimer.reg": 4,
      "fogtimer.pro": 5

* "candletimer.use": 2  will burn twice as long...

fogs are a real fps sinker; this one would be really easy to exploit by some players: when logoff for night : start 50xfoggers,

noone will raid a base at 2fps

thank you.

Hi all.
Am I the only one getting this error?

Error while compiling: InfiniteCandlesFog.cs(62,39): error CS1061: Type `FogMachine' does not contain a definition for `allowedItem' and no extension method `allowedItem' of type `FogMachine' could be found. Are you missing an assembly reference?

No, i had it too. From what i figured out, they changed it to where fog machines could run on power and not require fuel anymore. Hope it helps!

The fog machine changed to be an IO type, you will need to change how you process it. Same with the Strobe light.

I fixed it in my plugins, I will see if I can fix this one and submit it to the author to release.  It is not a complicated fix.

Anything you could share? It’s a free plugin, so can’t see what should be wrong with that 🙂

You could also tell what we have to change in the plugin file :)

I was hoping the fix would be published here also.

I have contacted the author who was on the site this week, asking if they plan to continue to maintain this plugin.

Update has borked the plugin:

Error while compiling: InfiniteCandlesFog.cs(62,39): error CS1061: Type `FogMachine' does not contain a definition for `allowedItem' and no extension method `allowedItem' of type `FogMachine' could be found.

Is this plugin still being maintained?

Apparently not.  There are some alternative on site to consider that are actively maintained.

This plugin has a memory leak and causes entire server to crash.  Proceed with caution.
