Heavy Rig Wave Event 1.2.1

HeavyRig is a event plugin that adds CardReaders to the oilrigs and a special Card to activate a wave of heavy scientist to come to Oil Rig

5 waves for Large Oilrig + crates

3 Waves for Small Oilrig + crates

Card Swipe for Wave event needs to happen before hacking main crate

Card = Red card , Skinid=1988408422
