Feature: Added logging to file, enabled via configuration file

Bugfix: Config option "Edit storage container's configuration when holding the secondary fire button" was not working

Bugfix: Errors were thrown because hook "CanAcceptItem" was called before the server was fully initialized

Feature: Plugin now loads before the server is fully initialized and therefore no items will be transported by conveyors if there is a container configuration for it
