Better Hammer 1.1.1

I didn’t quite understand what this plugin does? 
Does it add a separate item to the game — a hammer with some kind of skin — that allows you to do all the things listed? 
Does it allow players with permission to ignore the time required to rotate and demolish the blocks they’ve built?
Is it possible to change the repair to a single click? I wouldn’t want the players on my server to notice any changes in the hammer mechanics. I just want to give them the ability to edit their buildings and demolish building blocks without a time limit, using the standard tool, and without having to type /remove or anything else.

It simply updates the base games hammer to be smarter / better then vanilla logic.

Instead of having to repeatedly tap to repair stuff you can now simply 1 tap for full repair ( uses same amount of resources as vanilla )

Additionally it allows you to always demolish or rotate your walls/building blocks without the vanilla game time restrictions.

To use the better hammer features simple grant the permission out.

This plugin does not rely on any commands or custom items, it simply fixes vanilla game logic & makes it better, all you have todo is grant out the permission to use it's features.
