Tbh i think the search functionality of CF needs some work. I want to have more items in my FOV and also have more relevant items when searching. The default search should be products and not include comments and such...

This is built into Quick Search, but yes, Advanced Search is intentionally vague but I could potentially allow you to set your own defaults so you don't have to keep changing it everytime.

@Whispers88 Who would have thought a vague search would provide vague results 😛

sure but its like the 3rd tag of skinner and skinner just got updated.... and the docs for skinner says skins like 20 times.... pls explain

Also how would you search for a skins plugin if you didnt know the name?

Have you tried searching "skins plugin" by chance?

This would be extremely helpful, when searchign a known product by name, the autofill results are rarely even the product, unless theinput title is a 100% match, even then the results are bloated with unexpected or unwanted content.

Very minor, but it would be nice to re-arrange the order of plugin Docs by dragging them. (Like you can for product images). The current sort option is not bad, but it would be nice for plugin owners to order their documentation by priority.

You searched "skin plugin" not "skins plugin" which is your original search term.

You can pin them to the top if you want the more important ones to be more visible.

Allow us to get a refund on a plugin we dont need and remove it from our account when we ask. Also discord suppport needs to be better

That would be a disaster, people would be buying products, downloading them and then requesting a refund because they no longer use it.

I'm talking about a 5 day period. allow them a so many day deal or make it clear that you don't do refunds.

A short trial period could work wonders if done correctly, even as an experienced user it can be seriously difficult to be sure a plugin will do what you need or expect, even when provided with plenty of documentation and support.  Anyhow, as for implementing such a feature and not having it abused - well I have no idea how that could work and doubt there is a practical and fair way to do it or would have been done.

Precisely. I mean even a 3 days could mean a lot. I found a plugin I wasn't going to use because I found out the plugin I needed already had a broadcast feature and now I'm stuck with it and out some money

@The Large Car Trucker @Malkizid This sounds like a great idea for tangile goods that can be returned. You cannot return digital goods, as it's impossible to verify and enforce. If you purchased something that doesn't work or is not as described, our warranty already covers this. But we cannot offer refunds for buyer's remorse. It's not the author's fault you discovered a similar feature in another plugin you had, or you realized you didn't actually need it.

As for our Discord support @The Large Car Trucker we responded within 14 hours, which is a pretty good turnaround for support requests made after hours. Expecting more is a bit unreasonable considering the amount of effort we already put into our existing support channels.

Not sure if anyone else has this issue, but when you try to right-click and copy a picture from the slide show of pictures it never copies until you click it again and it opens in a new tab? Why is that. it gets me all the time,

There are actually two images there. The thumbnail, which is what the actual carousel shows, and the original once you click on it which shows a higher resolution image. I imagine you want the original, so you should click first, otherwise, you'll get the thumbnail instead which is compressed and rendered to fit the viewport perfectly.

I wonder if there's a way to add a tag/filter for map size, which would help you filter the maps or quickly browse through the specific sizes. Perhaps something similar to World 2.0 or Jungle compatible tags? I'm always after a specific size, but the majority of the map creators don't mention the size in the product name, so you find something that you thought was cool and find out it's way too small for your purposes after you open the product page.

This has been in development for a bit and is coming later this year. Still working out the frontend.
