Now, when the server is shut down, item definitions are not unloaded, which ensures that saving occurs correctly after plugins are unloaded.
This fixes the issue where vending machines with custom items were not saved. - A fallback patch for `VendingMachine.CanSellOrBuyItem` has been added in case an item that was in the sell orders is not registered.
