Updated the Loot Tables to reflect more of a 2x scrap variable.

Go to 

oxide/data/BetterLoot/ 
carbon/data/BetterLoot/

and you will find 

LootTables.json

Replace it with the one in the new zip uploaded, in the same file directory.
