Random Items is a dynamic and customizable plugin designed to enhance the Rust gameplay experience by automatically distributing random items to players. This latest version introduces performance optimizations, refined Happy Hour scheduling, and an exciting jump-triggered loot feature all aimed at keeping players engaged and on their toes. Key Features: Automatic Item Distribution: At configurable intervals (set via the Interval Seconds parameter), all active players receive a random item selected from a customizable list. New or missing items are automatically added from the game’s definitions. Happy Hour Mode: Enable Happy Hour to distribute items more frequently during specific times. Configure the start and end times using HappyHourStartTime and HappyHourEndTime. When active, players receive notifications when Happy Hour begins, is about to end, or has ended. Jump Loot with Cooldown: When the Give Item On Jump option is enabled, players receive a random item every time they jump provided they aren’t spamming jumps. A built-in 2-second cooldown per player ensures fair distribution and prevents abuse. Hardcore Mode: For a more challenging experience, enable Hardcore Mode to disable resource gathering, significantly altering gameplay dynamics. Debug Mode: Activate Debug Mode to output detailed logs for troubleshooting and fine-tuning. (Note: Debug Mode may spam your server console, so use it sparingly.) Console Command - updatestacksize: Quickly adjust item stack sizes by category directly from the server console. Use the command: updatestacksize <category> <newStackSize> Run the command without parameters to list available categories. Configuration Details: Interval Seconds: Determines how often items are distributed when not using jump-based distribution. Happy Hour Settings: HappyHourEnabled: Set to true to activate Happy Hour mode. HappyHourStartTime: Defines the start time (e.g., "06:00"). HappyHourEndTime: Defines the end time (e.g., "08:00"). Give Item On Jump: Toggle jump-based item distribution on or off. When enabled, items are awarded on player jump events, subject to a 2-second cooldown.
