Hi,
I tested this further.
When I manually paste the same CopyPaste file with /paste base_name, the normal elevator spawns correctly.
However, when Raidable Bases spawns the exact same base, the elevator becomes the underground train tunnel/subway lift instead.
I also tried setting this in the Raidable Bases profile:
"Elevators": { "Enabled": false }
But the issue still happens on newly spawned raid bases.
So it does not seem to be caused by the Raidable Bases Elevators feature itself.
Could Raidable Bases be changing or replacing the elevator prefab during paste, or could this be related to the profile Paste Options, height, autoheight, or spawn position handling?
What should I check or change to make Raidable Bases spawn the same elevator that appears correctly when using /paste manually?
Thank you.
What I want is to prevent raids from spawning only when a base would generate in a low-elevation coastal area and there is an underground subway tunnel beneath it.
I added prefabs to the config file, but raids are still spawning there.
Could you tell me which prefab(s) I should add?
Hi, I think there may be an issue with scientist cleanup on despawn.
I tested this very carefully by running ai.brainstats repeatedly, almost every second, while spawning and despawning Raidable Bases.
What I observed is:
When a base spawns, the Scientist count increases immediately.
When that base despawns, the Scientist count does not go back down by the same amount.
I confirmed this multiple times while watching ai.brainstats live.
Even after unloading related plugins, the scientist count problem still remained, but the increase clearly happens when the base spawns.
So from my testing, it looks like the base spawn is adding scientists, but the despawn/cleanup is not removing all of them properly.
Could you please check whether some RB scientists are not being cleaned up correctly on despawn, or if they are being left behind as normal scientists?
If needed, I can provide more test results.
