Hi! 1. You can pick up an item, BUT you cannot use it (the item will be in your inventory, but not in your belt) 2. No, you are free to get the item, but it will not be usable. But, if you have the "WipeBlock.ignore" permission, you can bypass this restriction- 35 comments

There is a section in the config called "Custom Title for Kits" where you can customize this
