Hi is it possible to insert a permission for player who dont want the spam of gems? my community love this plugin but some want to farm just ores etc., and it would be a QOL to turn on/off command for player when they have the right permission.

Hi, i try to add a Rocketlauncher with 3 Slots for Rockets. When i reload it, it works fine for me. When i share this rocket launcher to a player he cant use the 3 Rockets its reloading just 1.
