Sorry for the problems. I have already sent the file to the Windows Defender team for analysis and it should be fixed in the next few days. Have you tried starting the file on your desktop, possibly with admin rights. Otherwise please download it again.

Which OS are you using? Which country do you host in? Are you using a VPN? Is your Windows up to date? Which NET. Framework version do you have? Does MyRustServer return an error message? Have you checked the Windows crash logs? -
