Added option for message icon into config. Just be aware that rust chat message icon is basically steam avatar so you have to use existing steam id instead of image url.

Well that's weird but unfortunately there's not much I can do about it. PlaceAnything only handles spawning, I can't guarantee that every prefab will as expected, some prefabs are not meant to be spawned like that so you might run into issues. I did mentioned this in plugin description as well.

Hey, in default config file there's few items which has sale applied to them as example, simply go to Shop config file and remove these item names from there. It's under "Global Sales"
