You can't really insert links since hyperlinks are not supported in Rust. I'm assuming you using Kits from umod, to actually use those inside WelcomePanel you need extra addon which is sold separately.

There's simple stats plugin included in WelcomePanel Addons package, it displays kills, deaths, and ratio.

Hey, from what you posted it seems like you were making changes inside plugin file, you are not suppose to that. Configuration file is located in oxide/config folder.

sometimes ImageLibrary might be holding old image. Use console command "refreshallimages" and then after ImageLibrary finish up just reload WelcomePanel.

Hey sorry but I'm not around 7 days a week, I do take weekends off so if you open ticket on Friday, there's a chance that you'll have to wait till Monday. I loaded up the config you provided with in your discord ticket on my test server and I'm having no issues, WelcomePanel shows up after connecting. This seems like some weird edge case which is unique to your server which would require debugging on your server. I'm willing to help out, if you interested please follow up on discord since this would need me to send you modified plugin files.
