  12. Slow, when the server FPS is low (not the client FPS), or the server has a lot of plugins to handle
  13. It happens because you press the codelock button three times, and the server is slow for some reason and can't perform the necessary checks to avoid this problem. It only occurs on slow servers; a fix will be released in a week or two.

    Yes, the plugin uses Rust's door closers to do this. They will be removed soon, but I don't know when it will be released.
