There is also a parameter: CanExtractOnlySpecialTool - indicates that the mineral can only be extracted with a special pickaxe. If true is specified, then PermittedTool is ignored.

We have to initialize this item twice so that it pulls up the cookable mod. I don't think there will be much of a problem, it all happens once. I haven't found any other solutions yet.
