Simply replace the old Loottable.cs file with the new one. The settings are saved automatically in the folder oxide/data/Loottable and are compatible with the new version.

It looks like you misunderstood the loot system a little bit. You have like 30 items all with a 100% drop chance. So when a crate spawns all 30 items will be stuffed into that crate. Since it has only 12 slots all other items are invisible but still technically in there. Try to not set the chance of every item to 100% this should fix your problem

Does this happen every time? Additionally please send me the file oxide/data/Loottable/crate_normal.json so I can replicate you exact scenario.
