Featuring two dynamic events, this plugin introduces cargo drones that spawn at random monuments and raid drones that patrol the island, targeting and destroying unprotected bases. Enhance your gameplay with these exciting drone encounters. This plugin also adds C4 Drones and Anti Drone Turrets to the game. Features: Raid Drone Event: Drones patrol the island and attack unprotected bases. Loot Drone Event: Drones with loot boxes appear at random monuments and can be shot down. This plugin is targeted to PVE servers and adds an owner functionality to supported events. This means only the player that started the event and players on their team are allowed to participate in the event, which prevents griefing or stealing of loot by other players. Need Help Spawning Custom Prefab on My Rust Server

afaik this is not possible. You can only spawn existing prefabs, as they have to exist on both the server and client (we can not modify the client). Furthermore only prefabs that have a BaseEntity component on them can be spawned. Everything else is only instantiated on the server and not networked to the client. -

This problem is in fact caused by the load order of the plugins. If multiple plugins are subscibed to the same hook, the hooks get called in the order that the plugins were loaded. So in this case Lottable will receive the gathering hook first. At the moment I don't know how this error could be resolved, as there is no way to specify a hook order in oxide.
