If you just add a maybe a Check for a perm in the zonesell setup for the zonesell UI or enable it to not do EVERY zone just ones tied to the ZoneSell Buy UI? 

This basically HiJacks ZoneManager for its own function making ZoneManager useless in all of its other use cases. 
 

You need to add the Zone ID to Zonesells config Like Shown in the Descriptions. The UI is ONLY for zones that have had specific Zone ids assigned to them. If you leave the ID blank and a player purchases a Zone they will not be able to build in said zone until an ID has been applied to zonesell. Zone Manager applies and ID to each zone.

Zone Manager functions on it own as intended, So long as you apply the correct id's to zone sell

Can you only buy a plot thru the GUI or is there also a way to just walk up to the plot and buy it with some sort of ingame interaction ?

yes there is a gui as listed in the commands part of the description, There is not currently a way to purchase a plot without going through the gui

so inside that zone players cant raid ? also inside those zones cant pvp ?

If i add flags from zone manager they override this plugin flags ?

ok then its looks interesting, i want to make a pve server... for example for first 3 weeks players able buy zones and for the last week i just unload this plugin to make players be able raid each other for last week before wipe... Also when you build in zone with out permission, would be great  that players get in shat notifications for example: In order to build here, first you have to buy this zone, use command: /buyzone  /  and   /  This zone already have owner, find another place, use command: /buyzone

Also very important that player can buy only 1 zone at all times to avoid multiple zones claiming

That helps out for players faster to find out how to buy it and all become more clear for noobs

I believe the Message part is already buiit in, I would need to verify that a player can only own 1 land/plot at a time

Hello, I noticed a problem with the plugin and ZoneManager.

I have zones on my server that work with ZoneManager.
The problem is that the plugin takes these zones into account even though they are not referenced in the ZoneSell config file.

This is rather annoying because the plugin takes into account all ZoneManager zones whereas it should only take into account the zones that are put in the ZoneSell config file.

Could this be corrected?

And there is still no possibility of selling the area if desired?

Hello, it would be nice to have a possibility that players who are authorized on the Cupboard can build on the purchased land.
currently, only the buyer can build, and if there are other authorized players on the Cupboard, they cannot.

Yes, it's needed.... honestly. Team, tc auth, anything.

This was already possible it may have been broken, Ill follow up with you once i look into it.

To be sure, you have zone manager installed and in the zonesell plugin you set the zones ID that you want to be for sale in the config?
