heya, thanks for the update, but it's still an issue when it returns true from the cache on line 2782 using version 1.3.6

this fixed it for me on line 2789:

CachedCanBeTargeted[cpk] = new CanBeTargetedResult(val == true ? (bool?)null : false);

Ah shoot thats my bad, I put the logic *after* it already stored it in the cache. Another update coming soon..

Hi. Would it be possible to support the below plugin? I would love to have it temporarily change a player to pvp mode when they enter a monument event.

Yes. But in conjunction with other mods. There is a section in the config that reads:

"PVE Setting": {
        "Enable PVP On Event? It will automatically create a zone and enable PVP on the zone then remove the zone when event ends. (Require: ZoneManager & (SimplePVE or TruePVE))": true

how well does this do with restore upon death, considering getting it.

If it uses Zone Manager then WarMode will already work with it - you just need to setup what the zones are in the warmode config. DM me and I can help you.

I don't see why it wouldn't work with restore upon death, they seem unrelated. What kind of compatibility are you expecting between the two? If you're wondering if you can give restore upon death to just PVE players (for example), then the answer is yes you can do that, because each mode from WarMode is attached to an oxide group, so you can give just the PVE group the permission for restore upon death if you want.

Tell me, I want to create a few more groups, but I don’t understand how to insert an icon. You have assets/icons/weapon.png listed, but I don’t have an assets folder in the game folder. How can I insert my own icons or how can I view the installed ones?

So right now. the only icons that are accepted are the ones found in the base game. There is a full list of all those icons available here:

You will see that "assets/icons/weapon.png" is in this list.

Sorry I asked a question which i was stupid and missed the answer in the comments

However i cant find in either warmode or zone manager where i add the fact that someone who enters a zone changes to PVP or PVE regardless of their war mode setting. Can you point me in the right direction please. Thanks in Advance

What kind of zone? Like what plugin added the zone?

im suing zone manager, zone manager auto zones and zone domes. I couldnt get it to change so if a pve went into a pvp monument then they would change to a pvp. I couldnt find the right bit of the config to add the monuments i am using for PVP only

Perfect, i found it and added a list of the monument shortnames to that list and it works! Thank you.

So I have an issue, player want to be able to sell using vending machines but players are not allowed to interact with other PVE players. is there way to exclude or be able to allow interaction but not destruction?

Yes. The shop side of the vending machine falls under the "public containers" category. In the admin panel, under LOOTING, you should see a section for public containers. If you set this to true for the modes you want, they will be able to loot the shop side of the vending machine. You can set the rules for attacking or whatever else separately from this.

Not sure it's been asked, but I want a high Risk/Reward system. So for example if a PVE player goes to a PVP raidable base their mode should be Forced to PVP (Enabled/Disabled in config of course) that way if a PvE player deems the risk to lose everything by going to PvP base they can. @Mr01sam

Asked Nivex and since you already use his hooks you should be able to add this feature, hoping this can be added.

Yes, it is possible, but its a bit more complicated than other PVE plugins since WarMode isnt a binary pvp=true/false.

I just need to make sure I have the time to implement it correctly, it is on my TODO board though! 🙂
