Is it possible to add custom events to the UI? For instance for sputnik, fishingevent etc. etc.

The plugin incorporates a Hook so that other plugins can use it and launch alerts with the same aesthetics as the plugin:

The example of use would be the following:
SendAlert(string title, string description, string color, string img, bool sound = false)

However, the problem with this is the number of plugins that exist, but if you are interested in some specific ones, you could add your Hooks.

UPDATE: 

I just added an additional plugin within the download that will handle alerts from other plugins.

Currently working and tested with Convoy.
Sputnik support has also been added.
For the rest of the plugins, I would have to add and test them.

my mining quarrys are broken the belts move but the scoops dont

will this work with imthenewguy's skill tree plug in also his epic loot and skin perks plug in. Man I'd love to combine all of these @ninco90

 So that you can set a price for players to pay for upgrading tiers rather than time?


And Is it possible to specify which material the user can upgrade their base with?

Example,

Tier 1:

- able to use/upgrade stone on construction 

Tier 2:

- Metall 

Tier 3:

- HQM

The level system is global, it works for all players equally. It is not a system that establishes levels according to the player, that would mean worse server performance.

As for the second question, yes, you can configure so that tier 1 can only improve wood. In tier 2 to stone and in tier 3 to metal for example.

When you block items, what does that do exactly? They will still be in the loot table correct? So if I block guns, for example, what happens when I find a gun?

It just won't let you put it on the belt. It will be locked to you, so you will never be able to equip it until its use is unlocked.

The level change is automatic and I seem to remember that it is not possible to force it manually. Well, you could reduce the time each tier lasts so that it changes sooner if you want to test 🙂

You should add commands for admins to change the tiers. How do I reset it? Wipe the server?

I have the same question.  Removing the data file doesnt work.  How do we change tiers? Wipe server?

To clarify upon this point, when an item is blocked it's just not craftable/equipable? It still shows up in the crafting list/UI? Just tryin to find a solution for this, if there is on (or if it's even possible).

You can also block his crafting. But it cannot be removed from the game's crafting menu, since that is client-side.

Hello!


I can't find any setting as I imagined it.
My idea (after a forced wipe):


- from the first week ''Wood Age''
- from the second week "Stone Age"
- from the third week "Metal Age"
- and the last or fourth week "Explosive Age"

I also need information about a server wipe from RUST. Does the plugin reset itself or do you have to delete it manually and have it reinserted?

Hello! First of all, sorry for the delay, I don't know why I haven't read this comment before.

I'll tell you, in the configuration several tiers are generated by default. You should pay attention to it and make adjustments to your liking.

Regarding the deletion when a wipe is done, this plugin is automatically based on the map. Therefore, as soon as it detects a map change, it resets.

Great plugin idea, im interested in purchasing however would like an addition.

When looting a container and it contains a blocked item, either replace that item with a lower tier item or delete it from the container.

This feature could be toggled on or off via a configurable.

Does this still work with all the latest additions to Rust, such as the Engineering table and so forth?

I confirmed it does still work with the latest game version, but could you please update it to support all the latest additions, such as bicycles, motor cycles, and the chicken coop, beekeeping and all such updates? That would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, the plugin is currently working. However, I still have an update pending (1.3.0) with some improvements and fixes.

Regarding your comment:
- You can lock the new engineering workbench like a normal item so the player can't place it. So, with that, it would be disabled.
- I've made a note to try to add support for activating/deactivating motorcycles and bicycles. However, this is something you could also do yourself using a command: bike.motorbikemonumentpopulation 0 and bike.pedalmonumentpopulation 0 (to deactivate it).
- New items like the chicken coop, the bee grenade, or similar can be locked like any other item if you don't want them to be used until a certain tier.

As a general rule, this plugin doesn't need to be updated as the game updates. Although I do try to add some improvements from time to time.
