Can scrap be used as a payment method taken from the player if the player has it in his/hers inventory before placing the bounty on the player??

Yes you can use scrap, economics, or server rewards

Is there a way to increase the text size for the GUI? Its super tiny almost unreadable. 

 

Also what color format are you using in the config. I would like to change the theme colors to match my server.

the colors are in Percent RGBA. currently There isnt a way to change the font sizes without editing the .cs file.. Which fonts are you looking to increase I can point you to the lines in the cs file where those fonts sizes are defined

Basically the text highlighted in red. Its very small and hard to read.

Are you using ui scaling? That seams grainy more then a size issue. you can edit the 7 in the following lines to 8 for instance to increase the size

 

 CreateLabel(ref container, Anchors.BottomLeft, Anchors.BottomRight, "0 12", "0 22", 0, "0 0 0 0",
 "1 .45 0 1", playerInfo.PlayerName, 7, TextAnchor.MiddleCenter, bountyPoster);
 
 CreateLabel(ref container, Anchors.BottomLeft, Anchors.BottomRight, "0 3", "0 12", 0, "0 0 0 0",
 "1 .45 0 1", bounty, 7, TextAnchor.MiddleCenter, bountyPoster);

UI Scaling? Its set to 1.0 in my rust options.

Changing those values helped. They are now readable when I increase the value to 9 or 10.
