Remove Upgrade V2 1.1.0

Allow buildings authorized in the closet to break buildings   What does this Mean ? you can Remove the complete base ? players on my Server cant Remove after 30 Minits  gives a fix ?

I see you can set the plugin to Allow removal during raidblock.

What about Allow upgrade during raidblock? Is that included in the above setting or is it just not an option?

If it's not an option could you add it?

when can we expect a function for upgrading the entire building? I think it's an essential feature at this point. We would really appreciate it  @fermens

I understand, but i have not seen that happen on servers i play on, it might stutter a little but i never had freezing problems. Does this mean this will not be implemented?

can you set daily limits on remove for default and vip?
