Thing is, raidable bases boxes doesn't count towards loot quest, so it would need to be something that triggers only when u turn it in. Please help me, I don't now if I am missing something ridicilous here..

Yes, in the delivery category, select the item you want.

Are all quests listed in the quest list always displayed for selection?

Can you set it to display only 10 quests, for example?

Yes, for that you must assign permission to each mission.

Is it possible to add support for BetterNPC, HeliSignal, BradleyDrops ?
