What does the "Lower" permission do within the plugin? I cannot see any documentation about each permission in the description? This would be super helpful thank you 🙂

Lower permission allows you to use the right click to lower function on the paragliders. It's helpful for quickly dropping altitude.

Also added the full documentation of what each permission is for. This is also visible in the .cs file for easy reference.

That is very helpful thank you! A clear list of all the commands in a list at the top of description like below wuld be great because I still cannot figure out what the command for "Launch: Embark on your aerial journey effortlessly as you seamlessly lift off with the LAUNCH feature. Say goodbye to the hassle of searching for the perfect spot to deploy your paraglider, and instead, take to the skies with grace and ease." is could you tell me?

Commands:
/drop
etc.

Also could you please forward me the exact configuration for everything you used in the Youtube video I'd like the same speeds of everything etc you use? I can't seem to get it working right? It would be very helpful thank you. You could dm me it if needed thank you.

Thank you for your questions so I can clarify all of this in the description. The video is all the default configuration. Can you explain more about what's not working correctly?

When you equip and put on a paraglider it tells you the controls for what you have permission for (drop or launch). So if you have the launch and drop permissions, it will tell you what command to use and what to press to launch. By default, to launch you have to have a parachute equipped and hold middle mouse button and aim where you want to launch.

Also when you deploy the paraglider, it only shows the flight controls that you have permission for as well.

Edit: Also in the video, a lot of the flying was done with the unlimited fuel permission. The default configuration is set for some semblance of balance so you can't fly upwards forever, but you can easily adjust the fuel refill rate or just grant the unlimited fuel permission depending on your needs and preferences.

That is really handy! Sorry I was not seeing this part before thank you very much. Sorry my default controls just seemed much slower and not the same thats all. I guess I'll play around with the speeds etc.

Glad it's working for you. To go extra fast, you can boost and use afterburners (so shift and left click) at the same time as you right click to descend. Pressing all 3 at once gives the most speed and you can kinda release right click and feather it to not hit the ground if that makes sense.

Side note but something that makes this plugin (and many others) loads easier for me is the free Permissions Manager plugin by Steenamaroo. It's a godsend, really. It gives you a UI menu to control all permissions on your server.

Thank you I use that and its great! Will you add in a Config option for NoEscape Plugin to block usage during Combat/Raid Block possibly? This would really complete this plugin.

Hi! Just got this and am wondering, is there any way to disable the smoke?

Edit: I see there's a permission for it.

Is it possible to have the "paraglider.jetrespawn" only work with non-bag respawns?

The rocket that the middle click launch feature fires seems to explode for no apparent reason, usually killing me. This happens even when aiming straight up at the sky. Is it possible for you to set that rocket damage to 0? Or use something harmless like a smoke rocket?

If possible a configurable launch distance would be really nice too.

And temporary slow fall after launching.... 😄

I'll look into this possibility asap

Yes I'll add the configurable launch distance. I can't really change how fast you fall after you get launched, but I'm looking into options to automatically deploy the paachute after launch.

Also thanks for the smoke rocket idea. I'll add that and it looks better too. I'm trying to perfect the spawning of the rocket so it doesn't explode. It's somewhat inconsistent, but I'm working on it.

Hey, the smoke rocket is working great! I still seem to take 5 damage if it blows up under my bum, but that only happens if I aim directly at the ground  or for some reason sometimes when I aim straight at zenith (directly up). That seems fine as it's nowhere near enough to kill me, especially since we use XPerience on our server and the Strength stat from that one gives a bonus hp buffer.

Now one thing I'm wondering... Could you possibly consider moving as many of the configuration options for how the glider performs to permissions? This could be a rewarding system for players who earn access to higher tiers and would let administrators set different values for things like thrust amount, afterburner lift, fuel consumption, etc. for different groups.

Big new update adding the stuff Trenyc asked for and fixing a couple small issues. You'll need to delete your old config file, sorry. Hope you guys enjoy these changes and let me know if you come across any issues with it. Thank you to everyone who gave suggestions or pointed out flaws/bugs so far. Its been a big help.

A few issues:

* fuelt1 is not being registered as a permission
* I can't launch, descend, use afterburners, or boost with any tier permissions granted; I can however use /drop 🙂

fuelt1 isnt a permission because its redundant. When you grant afterburners, default is tier 1 otherwise you'd have to grant both perms for afterburners to function.

Also check to make sure you have paraglider.use otherwise none of the launch, descend, afterburners, boost, etc will work. Thanks. Also, if you don't use it, I recommend the Permissions Manager plugin by Steenamaroo for the permission UI.

I am using Permissions Manager. Here is my config for permissions. The noted features aren't working, though Drop is.

I updated the plugin, again. After you grant a permission to a group, it's not refreshing so you can just reload the plugin after granting the permissions to a group, but that's fixed in the last small update. That was an oversight on my part, sorry. I had it refresh when a perm was granted to a player but not to a group.

wont need to delete your config or anything for it
