looks awesome but I cant figure out how a player would link the SAM site to the computer.... like if a player bought it from the RP store how do they link them to the computer?

nevermind im an idiot XD didnt see the chat come up... might suggest mking the text slightly larger or in color?

Also is there a way to make this PVE server friendly? Currently in testing it damages buildings and kills players....I would love to allow players to add these to there bases to kill NPCs and Attack Helis but as we are a PVE server it needs some TLC in that department

Hey @Razor14150, I've decided not to style the text by default, but you can do that yourself.

  1. Open the oxide/lang/en/MountableTurrets.json file
  2. Find line starting with "aaTurretIDIs" (for v1.0.1 it's line #26)
  3. Change it from     "aaTurretIDIs": "AATurret ID is: {0}",     to     "aaTurretIDIs": "<size=25><color=#ff0000ff>AATurret ID is: {0}</color></size>",
  4. Reload the plugin.

@Razor14150, I've implemented PVE mode in v1.0.2. Update to the latest version, set "PVE Mode (true/false)" config option to true and reload the plugin.

Is there a way to make it use ammo from a players inventory or from a box like a autoturret and not just free ammo? If there is please point it out to me. Don't need a gun that never runs out.

Also you can go into a Safe zone while mounted on a vehicle. Can you add an option to toggle it on/off or just a straight ban.

On the AA Turret the camera puts me at the bottom. can't target anything that way due to clipping. Not sure how to fix that issue

Hey @Shawn Dunaway, I've already got the suggestion to add ammo storage and I'm working on it.

Understood the problem with safe zones, going to fix that too.

I didn't quite get your last issue with the AA Turret, could you elaborate further?

The AA issue I was having fixed with a restart.

but the issue was the camera was acting like it was on the bottom on the AA and was clipping into structures. So when you used the camera you only seen inside the building.

@Shawn Dunaway, I've added ammo containers and fixed the safe zone bug in v1.1.0. You can enable them in the config.

Hey @Chill Roleplay, it works perfectly fine on my end. Make sure you have saved the config and reloaded the plugin properly. Also check if you have revoked mountableturrets.aaturret.free permission.

Any chance to add an ammo container for both types? At presents players lock and spam SAM sites and for the mounted guns they just put a potato on there mouse to annoy players

Hi, I am having trouble with the IR-Traps.  I cannot place any flares inside of either the scrap helicoptor or the mini, is there any reason you can think of for this?

Hey @TabmorineAfter 01.09 Rust update you can no longer put them using right click. Put them by holding LMB. I'm looking into fixing it right now.

is there any way to add gather rewards support when killing something you get rp i have that in my server but when shooting with plug it doesn't reconize it as kills etc

@minecrafter, Yes, you can change it for both turrets in the config.

Could you make it so that when a vehicle module is destroyed, so is the turret that is mounted to it?

Hey @Rynki, yes it can. patrolhelicopter is the shortname, if I am not mistaken.
