You must disable oxide sandbox. Create a file called oxide.disable-sandbox in your RustDedicated_Data/Managed/ folder, then restart your server.

If we did that will it cause any other issues? Also this will just be a blank file?? So Rust will just read the file name and be like gotcha.

You are correct. It's an empty file called oxide.disable-sandbox
It will not cause any other issues.

Ah, so one needs to restart, I see.
 

Not quite sure I understand this. When we turn on a furnace are all Inputs supposed to smelt at the same time? Or is it just they are quicker with how many slots are used.

Really confused upon how i am able to edit this plugin? 
only option : turn dynamic smelting on: false/true

Ok.. now how do i customize it?

Here it is in November and still getting this error,
