Released

- Added DynamicSmeltingSpeed configuration option. Allows you to enable a feature to dynamically change for fast ore smelts in each furnace. If there is 5/5 slots full of ore, each slot will smelt at 1x speed. If there are only 1/5 slots taken, that one slot will smelt 5x faster. So to clarify, regardless of how many slots you fill, the furnace will smelt the same amount of ore in 60 seconds.

Note: This wasn't tested with QuickSmelt, using QuickSmelt to change smelt speed may break this a bit or cause it to act improperly. Please test independently before use.
