This is probably caused by new world update and changes to terrain topology. I will fix this issue in the next few weeks but at the moment I am busy with other plugins. Until there is a fix I recommend you to set the config option "Only spawn at monuments" to true for the control center.

Another little bug i have noticed is that if any sleepers are near the control centre spawn it will kill them via suicide, is there any chance of a fix for this when you have a chance?

Can I adjust the speed of the boat? It's too fast for a beginner.
