is there an option to get this easy setup with discord.dll?

because of running a nessessary additional service to host this bot, it doesnt seem to be a benefit. 
I also dont see any benefits for me not using the discord.dll when it doesnt need that additional hosting, even when I like this simple system with using a code.

I fixed the plugin myself, you can send me a private message, I will send you part of the fixed code.

Is there a way to make it only do 1 way sync? I only want to sync from rust to discord and not from discord to rust. I had an issue with a player that was in a group, then de-linked and then their rust group changed and when they re-linked again then it put them back into the group. I want the rust groups to be the source of truth. Is there any way to achieve this?
