Hey sorry to hear that but a refund would be not possible in that case. Only if the plugin would be broken and not working at all. The description as a video showcasing all the features the plugin has. If you looked it up carefully you would have known before if you like it and need to buy it or not if you did watch the video and still bought it I’m sorry. The old police system will not be further extended just bug fixing. CopNet on the other hand will so if you have any suggestions to this plugin so that you might like it more or that it fits your specific use case just leave a request here and I will implement this asap. This plugin is a fresh restart from the old system and will improve over time and feedback

Targeting Computer - allow targeting computer to access the copnet so that officers can do it on the go. and ads more value to the item

Player Reporting System: Players can submit /911 reports directly through the plugin. Via Mobile Phone,  payphone, computer or command

Police Interaction: Police officers can read, accept, and manage incoming reports.

Report History: Display who accepted and completed past reports for accountability.

Police Status Display: Show players when police are online.

Customizable HUD: Allow repositioning of icons and HUD elements to suit player preference.

Death Reminder: Display a reminder on player death to call /911 if necessary.

Graphic Customization: Provide an easy way to change background graphics for the UI.

Webhooks :  Web hook for who reported it including details of the report, who accepted it and who completed it in web hook

Hey thanks for the ideas. The Police status for players is already in the plugin top left of the screen its shows if police is offline or online and how much

Added the option to move the ui in version update 1.0.2

Is there any timeframe for the next version?  "the next version will include a case file system" as currently it offers far less than the police plugin although being labelled as "a newly developed version of my long-ago released plugin, Police.". It is a great concept and looks awesome but is definitely lacking essential features  and currently offers no benefit over your original police plugin

It would also be nice to add a kit button to the ui to give a police uniform and loadout with a config option to add items/attire with skins maybe one set for each rank.

first of all, the CopNet plugin offers everything the old police system has exept the /callpolice function which im currently working on for the CopNet since i want to make it better then in the police system.
Secondly, no there is no timeframe for the next version. I am working on the case file system time to time but since i do this in my free time and have to work 8 hours a day full time in my job i cant get this released somewhere soon. I try my best to make it as fast a possible but i cant say if its going to be live next week or in 2 month because i dont know how much time i can spend in the next few weeks working on this projetct. So im sorry if this all takes to long for you but this is the reality. 

Since you havent purchased the plugin yet you dont have to worry about anything so just wait a little longer and i might be able to release a big update (which im working on) in the near future.

I have now purchased Copnet to show support and will wait for any future updates.
