Great mod, all the players likes it, because of it's simplicity  

This is the cleanest base upgrade/skinning plugin out there.  Super easy to configure and the author is very responsive!  Would recommend this plugin for sure.

Love this plugin. Config and perms are easy! I love how it's two plugins in one. Makes it easier on players to repair, upgrade and skin all from the TC.

Using this on my server make things so much easier. I also condensed plugins cause this does the work of 3 in 1. Dev is amazing replies very quickly and helps with any questions you may have. I would recommend for any server.
