No, this map doesnt require anything other than oxide, RustEdit dll extension and the plugin that comes with the map (BunkersFix.cs)

Does Cargo reach both harbours, in particular the harbour up the river.

Hey, the layout got a lite update since the map was released, so I’ve just refreshed the image to match how the map looks now
In the current version, all the harbours face the ocean
