SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MyRustServer
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between LosGranada ("Licensor") and the Licensee. By installing or using MyRustServer ("Software"), the Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
License Grant: The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software on up to four (4) systems. This license applies to all future versions of the Software.
Restrictions: The Licensee is not permitted to redistribute, sell, lend, lease, sublicense, or in any way make the Software available to third parties. Modification, decompilation, reverse engineering, or any other form of code alteration is strictly prohibited.
License Duration: The license is valid for 90 years from the date of activation.
No Warranties and Refund: The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty or guarantee. In the event of a software error that cannot be resolved by the Licensor, there is an entitlement to a refund.
Termination: This License terminates automatically if the Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the Software.
Error Reporting and Automatic Data Transmission: Error reports are automatically sent to the developer, including information such as IP address, HWID, Windows version, and computer name.
Additional Terms:
- Violation of the license terms, including sharing of the Software, will result in an immediate ban of the Licensee.
- Licensees banned on Codefling lose their right to use the Software.
- The Software includes a crack-protection feature. Attempts to modify the Software or decrypt the source code will result in the transmission of specific data of the Licensee (private and public IP, HWID, computer name, screenshot) to the Licensor.
- Uploading illegal images or content of any kind on this platform is strictly prohibited.
Consent to Data Processing: By using the Software, the Licensee agrees that specific data may be transmitted to the Licensor in case of a violation of license terms or software errors.
Legal Notice: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which the Licensor is located, and all disputes will be exclusively resolved in the competent courts of that country.
