I am posting this response for prospective customers who have questions (at least on the current version). Here's the response I received from Bitdefender support:

The file has been automatically sent to our Malware Lab for specialized analysis. If the file is indeed a False Positive, the detection will be removed within the next 72 hours and implemented in the product through a Signature Update. No further action is required from your end. 

This is an automated process. Reply to this email only if you have other questions regarding your Bitdefender product and one of our Customer Care Representatives will get back to you shortly.

I responded, asking for confirmation that the file was a false positive and receive the following:

HEllo thinking of buying, is it hard to migrate my existing server into the program?

I always recommend a fresh install but you can copy and paste your Oxide or Carbon folder/files.

how many servers i can install with this app?
