The problem is fixed by restarting the server. It can be caused not only by this plugin, but also by some other related to transport and NPCs. Updating the game broke a lot of plugins. The latest version of this plugin does not cause such problems. -

Hello! 1. Delete oxide/plugins/BuildingSites.cs file 2. Delete oxide/data/BuildingSites folder 3. Delete oxide/config/BuildingSites.json file 4. Move the contents of data folter from archive to oxide/data folder to your server 5. Upload BuildingSites.cs file to oxide/plugins
