    When that would happen to me, I would just close the window and reload the plugin through the F1 console (oxide.reload Shop), provided the names were set up right, and the names would then show up. May work for you.

    You can go into the config file for Bank Heist and change the command to just "heist". That's what I did, then reloaded Bank (Or whatever banking plugin you use that uses the /bank command), and all works fine. Perhaps give that a go.
